I Sanower Ali Azad. S/o Mumtaz ali azad had applied for my passport last year but during my first police verification i was not present in hostel (my present address) as i have been in bangalore for visiting a college, when i get back from there i submitted 3 PP forms along with all required documents at the passport head office. vide application no. Z094581/4 and Key No- 9009458111. Police verification is also clear around 4-06 but still my status showing in pending and no more information declared.

I need the passport for some urgent work at abroad.

So I am hereby requesting you to please take necessary action regarding this matter so that my work will through.
