Passport not received in TATKAL Scheme

I have applied for a Passport on 22nd June under TATKAL Scheme under the Application # GZB - A029617 - 10. As per the status shown on the Passport Official Website, the status is reflected as "Police Report has not been received" but, no Police Person has come to my home yet. Its already 7 days and I have not received my Passport. Please help me as I need to go to Japan on 6th July and this is my first foreign trip and I do not want to miss it. Please help me sir.
