Passport not Received File No-PAT-A075297

Respected Sir,

we have applied 2 year back, but till now i have not received the same.after several followup passport officer is not giving any feedback. But i have visited lots of time Patna passport office but no positive reponse given by passport office employee.

I am IIT 3 rd year delhi student and i have to go outside for furture study. so request you to please help in getting the passport.
