Subject: Passport not issued and received.
Hi India Passport Department
This is with continuation to my several Calls/mails to which I haven't received any satisfactory response or action. Though I don’t know lodging this complains will help me or not but still hoping that complain reaches the right ears I am raising my voice.
I am my wife got New Passport in the month of November and while checking the status of New Passport found that it was reflecting spouse name wrong in both the Passport. I again had resubmitted Application for change spouse name in both the passports on 25th January with File Ref no LKOH00192210 and LKOH00192310 He submitted proofs and affidavit for it on 25th January to Lucknow Passport office but still we have not received passport.
The online status is: - SHOWING NOTHING but now it’s continuously showing the negligence of Indian passport office. We are loosing opportunities to travel abroad because of this delay and negligence of passport authority of India. Please help me if someone is listening to this.
I have been following up this like anything since last 3 months. Kindly process this ASAP as due to this I am facing many difficulties. Or guide me through the process so that I can follow it up.
