Dear Concern,
I would like bring it into your kind attention, that I have been following up with Raipur passport office for the status of my passport application, but I am neither able to contact any one of the passport officer, nor they are providing any resolution or revert on my queries.
Gist of my case is as follows :
I am resident of Ambikapur, Dist Surguja, - Chattisgarh. My parents are staying there only.
Currently I am located in Mumbai, due to my job posting. I am a salaried professional in private sector (Financial services sector).
I had applied for the passport in the month of Feb. '11, by visiting the office personally.
Police verification at my native place took place in the month of Apr. '11, in local police station and before Honorable Superintendent of Police Mr. Om Prakash Pal (Dist Surguja, C.G.).
Post which I checked the status in the website and learned to know about my passport would be dispatch by 25th of May. 11.
But I did not receive my passport,
While checking the status online, I failed to understand the reason as status shown blank (Pls refer the trail mail.)
My father visited the passport office to understand the same, he was communicated that "you have to fill up a fresh form."
Right now I am checking the status for the same it is reflecting me the following error.
"Please furnish a fresh application form with all columns filled up, all declarations signed, and photographs affixed in the boxes given in the form. "
Dear Sir,
I would love to know the reason for declining my passport, Also, please guide me how can I get my passport with reference to this application only, As I do not wish to wait for next 6 months to avail my passport.
Your kind attention and action on this issue would support to remain my sincere faith on government's official procedure, positively.
