Passport not received

Dear Sir

After 36 months, I am not able to get my passport at your end, which I

have applied in Jan. Police Inquery already done. Only thing which

I understand through Internet/status was the birth certificate. I have

visited your office 4 time and produce/submitted birh certificate (every

time) alongwith original and every time I was assured that you will get

passport within 7 days. but in vain.

To day when I checked my status I was shocked to note that you have

written "Application has been closed, Please apply afresh with usual

formalities quoting the closed File Reference Number.."

I have spent more that Rs 3000/- for fee/attestation/photos/visit to

Bhikaji Cama place/Police Inq. etc

and time and still studying in college.

You are requested to please reopen my my file and send the passport. If

you want any thing more from my end please ask me, I will fulfill your

requirement.
