Not recieved passport, declared Timeframe is ove

Respected Sir

I have applied for renewal (re issue) of passport, police verifcation have been completd.

I can see last status at

http://rpobangalore.gov.in/npasstatus.asp

"Your Police Verification report has been received by us, and your file is in line for further processing"

Same status from more then 15 day... no further ustatus pdate.

Please help me in this regard...
