Not yet received my passport

respected sir,

i am Kantharaju B R i have applied for new passport on 24/05/10, an the file number is BN 1061301605511 DOB 07/03/1979, even after 2 1/2 months

i am not getting PV, i went and asked commissioner office on 16/07 they said we will send to police station Yesvantpur still not yet sent, my passport is there any problem regarding issuing the passport.i am checking the status everyday but whenever i check i get the same message saying that your file is sent to PV, i am getting this message from last 70 days, still howmany days i have to wait for my passport.

please let me know when i will get my passport
