PASSPORT OFFICE
Commissioner office has passport form from 1 Month

Dear Sir,

I have applied for passport on 09/06.File Number: BN21B1019135210. On 19/06 my passport form was send to Commissioner of Police Office Shivajinagar in Bangalore for police verification. and since then the form is lying there no action has been taken.

I stay in Kormangala 5th Block and contacted the local police station (Kormangala Police Station) to find out whether my form has reached but till 21/07 my form has not reached for police verification. I am in dire need of passport or else i would loose my Job, since my company strictly follows its Business conduct Guidelines.

When i check passport office website it does not show any information. There is No Record available. I even went to passport office and met the supritendent (Enquiry). She just repeated this file Number and said until the file comes back from Commissioner office we cannot do anything.

I even went to commissioner of police office (Shivajinagar) but they did not listen to anything and said we just deal with Foreign official passport

Please help me out. I have no other place to go. I Really Really need the passport or else my Job is lost.
