No update in status

Dear sir

I had applied for passport on 07.10.2009. that time my passport had hold for pp form then three times I summited pp form then re inquiry has come on 27.12.2010.after that both inquiry has complete on 06.01.2011 but there is no update on status till now. so please take a corrective action.
