I have applied for a passport in Regional Passport Office, Bhubaneshwar on 25th Sept and haven't received it till now. I receive a different answer every time I go to the passport office. The passport office grievance cell is also Defunct.
The website shows status sometimes as Police verification complete/Despatched/Local Verification document not received. I have sent a PP form for a reminder for police verification but even that has not helped.
Please advise.
