Incorrect Dispatch address on Passport

Dear Team,

The dispatch address on my passport was written incorrectly the passport authorities due to which It got returned back... When I checked at the Passport office, they asked me to write an application and the address proof, which I submitted.

I want to know b'oz of their typing mistake why should we suffer... I also want to know how long will it take more to get my passport.
