Not received passport from 7 months

Respected Madam/sir

This is to inform you that i have applied for my passport on 15 november and till today i have not receieved any satifactiory answer from passport from passport office.its being almost 5 months late that i have not receieved my passport .also it is also not showing the current update of my passport on the web site.so its a request to you to take some serious steps as I HAVE TO GO ABROAD IN APRIL FOR SOME URGENT WORK so please help me.

it is a critical emergency suitation 4 me .so kindly look into the matter. MY passport no is gzpa045111/09.from ghaziabad (gzb).
