Passport not received (2 Years)

Sir,

I have applied passport on 18 May (application no: LKO z180013/08, Candidate name: Sarvagya Jain) from Etawah (UP) and I have still not received it. After regular follow up with the passport office, during Feb this year I was told to submit an additional affidavit which I also submit on 24 Feb.

I am regularly sending mails to them but Lucknow passport office has not responded even once. When escalated the matter to Delhi passport office they have asked me to go and meet the Passport officer at Lucknow. But since I don’t have name or contact no of the officer, I was not allowed to meet him.

My sincere request it to resolve it ASAP. It’s affecting my career as valid passport is one of the few basic requirements which every company asked for.
