PASSPORT OFFICE
New Passport Pending from last 2 months

My parents have applied for passport on 29 Jun '10. Police Verification was done in July'10. But still Passport Status shows: "Application is pending for want of Police Report. " Please register complaint in this regard and let me know if I should share the File Registration Number.
