When i applied for renewal of the passport, inspite of submitting all the necessary documents (10th certificate) an Emmigration check was levied on my passport.
When i approached the Enquiry counter, they said that it was their mistake, but asked me to re-apply for ECNR paying the fees.
So, I applied for ECNR stamp on 04-Nov and my FILE NO is HYD-MO45310-10.
It has been 3 months since i applied for it and till now i did not receive my passport.
When i approached the PRO last month, he recklessly gave me an answer saying that it will take much more time. He did not give me the proper reason of the delay in the passport.
I actually had a business trip to U.S on 15-Jan and i lost it and the tickets were postponed to 25-Feb. I am still waiting for the dispatch of the passport.
So, please dispatch my passport immediately, even if the ECNR process is not done. Right now i do not neeed an ECNR stamp for US trip. So, please return back my passport or dispatch it.
