Not received passport

Dear Sir,

I Mr. Balasubrahmanyam Guda applied for renewal of my passport submitted on 16th Nov and police verification is over in 18th December. But whenever i am going through online status of my passport it is showing since 2nd Feb " POLICE REPORT IS CLEAR AND THE PASSPORT IS EXPECTED TO BE DISPATCHED BY 15TH FEB. SUBJECT TO ALL DOCUMENTS BEING IN ORDER". The same is displaying since last one month. What is the status of my passport and when it will come to me. Please do needful in this regard.
