Passport not received

Dear sir,

my self manoj, I apply my son passport on march 08 and application date- 03.04.2012. but since not received

before pasport status was showing, police report is clear and passport will be dispach on 15.05.2012

but since last two week it showing "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time"

please do need full for the same.
