The application of 'Hazel Kakkar' for the issuance of a new passport was forwarded through Speed Post centre Ramesh Nagar on 24.06.2009. The receipt issued by the Speed post centre carries receipt no. ED497303334IN, file no. DEWW15084309 and Key no. 9715084309 dt. 24.06.2009.
This application was accompanied with a Demand Draft number 105124 dt. 12.05.2009 drawn in favour of Regional Passport Office, New Delhi. However, after passage of four months, passport status as shown in the website said 'Application is pending for want of Police Report'.
We re-submitted the application enclosing all the photocopies. Police verification was also done around three months back and since then status on the website says
'Police Report is clear. Application is under process.'
The application (W150843 for the year 2009) in the name of Hazel Kakkar has been pending since 24.06.2009. I have complained multiple times on the emails mentioned on their website but no response.
