Delay in issuence of passport

Sir,

I applied for passport on16-03 vide application No. GZBA-01658611.Previously their portal was showing "Passport is expected to be despatched on 25-08." Now it is showing; Passport is delayed by one week due to unavoidable circumstances.

I request you to get the exact status of my passport at the earliest
