Passpost Renewal still awaited more than 3 months

Dear Sir,

I applied for Passport renewal myself on 23-12.File Number is GZB-B012183-09.The online status is showing "Out of station during police verification; please send 3 personal particular forms for re-verification ". My permanent address verification is not complete, I had submitted 3 pp forms more than 2 months back.

As I had to urgently go oversees, request you to kindly get it done as soon as possible and oblise.
