Sub: Appealing for Passport Penality Rs.5000 given by Passport Regional Office, Madurai.

Sir I am Apply passport on the date of 26.08.2011.My file ID is MD05Z1024439011. D.O.B - 16.09.1987.The summitted proofs are

1.) My family ration card

2.) My S.B.I Bank Passbook

3.) My Engineering college TC & Overall mark sheet

4.) My Diploma overall mark sheet and Diploma Certificate

5.) My S.S.L..C Mark List

6.) My Marriage Certificate

I recived the letter, dated on 05/09.question that "furnish the explanation for chennai transaction from April" Then after I am visited to regional office.madurai. I am explained that i am working in chennai from april15. 2010 to june 15.

for two month only. I am resigned my job the my grandfather death.

Regional officer reply me for resign letter from company. And again i am visited with resign letter with supplementry form.finally Regional Officer said, According to the 4.column in application form

"If you have been residing at your present residential address for less than one year, mention the previous address (es) in Column 3 of SupplementaryForm. If you are on a temporary visit to India, fill Column 5 of Supplementary Form."

above column is not filled by me so he order me to pay Rs.5000. I am appealing to him by point of Present resident address is now i am staying in home town when applying passport at augest 26.presently not in chennai. For that reason i am not filled that column.but regonal officer not satisfied with that..In passport law1967 the highest amount of penalty is Rs.5000 for suppressing criminal police details, I am from honest family. The passport officer insult me as your district peoples are fraud.and i am spend transport and food money 500 for one visting to regional office.he is make delay unnecessary

Sir i am feel very injustice to me sir. I am family man with two child. I am facing big trouble from the family side. i have to manage finacial condition of my family..police enquiry finished before three and half month sir..Due to this matter i

am visited to the regional office 6 times sir. I am a normal man and how i will pay this huge amount sir.

This was my biggest disapponitment sir and i whould request to your personal assistance to create a resolution on the top of the problem. I have great hope with you sir.i am enclose the copy of the letter sir
