Respected sir,

We have applied for a new passport on 16-mar with which we have recieved file no: D000317 naming Pawan Kumar, resident of Jalandhar.

The procedure of police enquiry has been done from our residential address since last three months.

But checking on the internet, the status shows that the police enquiry has not been received as shown below:.
