I submitted Passport applications for my twin sons Sri Suraj Kumar Maiti & Souvik Kumar Maiti on 03/12/09 at Kolkata Regional Passport office. This is not the first time passport issue for them. In fact, this was reissue of passport for 3rd time. Police verification was completed about 4-5 months back. Recently, I got the passport for my 1st son (Suraj) on 2nd week of Sept-10. Application status for 2nd son still shows “Personal Particular Form sent to Police. Awaited for CPR”. Application details for him are as below.

I was repeatedly checking with passport office and Bidhan Nagar Police. Police says that we already sent the report. Passport office says that we have not received the same. I sent an e-mail to RPO Kolkata sometime in Aug-10. 1st time, I got a reply that they were waiting for Police Report. 2nd time I sent another mail on sept-10. I did not get a reply. Recently, my wife contacted Bidhan Nagar Police station. They told, they had sent the report.
It is already 10 months passed. What should I do now?
