Dear, sir/maddam applicant name is anjum bano and file no is lko-Z-005725 its applied before 7 month but when i chek on net there was showing this file no is either wrong or information not available. i have submitted police and cid report and i have gave them there gift also means there fixed money then is no question is arising that they have not submitted report. dear kindly do some thing for this passport and most important thing to passport officer thats why they are not giving good service to consumer.thanks
