I applied for the renewal of my son's passport in Malappuram Passport Office and paid Rs.2100 as fee for emergency service. I received information through their website and an email from RPO saying that the passport was issued on 26.03. i.e. 4days after the application date. But I didn't receive the passport through speed post, as they promised, until today, 31.03.
Would be very grateful if you would look into this matter and let me know the status of my son's passport. Application details as below:
