NON RECEIPT OF PASSPORT

Hi,

I Apologise for the wrong entry of File Number in previous complaint. here is the corrected one.

I have applied for passport on 20th Oct through Nagpur Regional Passport office, but after a long time the status of passport is "the Application has been transfered to Policy section please see PRO". What is PRO and why is my application sent to policy section? how can i see it?

Please help me... please suggest me what I'm suppose to do?
