Subject: - Non-Reciept Of Passport Applied In The Month Of Sep 2008 Having File Reference No. A183410-08

Respected Sir,

I am Prashant Mishra S/O Sh. Indu Bhushan Mishra from city and dist. Varansi. I had applied for a fresh Passport in Sep 2008 from Lucknow passport office. It’s being more than 1.5 Years, but i have not received my passport till date. I had visited Regional Passport Office, Lucknow for The 4-5 (in March) Times and enquired about the same. The Passport officer told that the verification details sent by Police and LIU are incomplete. So they will send my file again for verification. But its more that two months, no verification came. I also visited my respective Police Station and LIU office, they told me that they have not received my File till now. Then I again visited the R.P.O Lucknow, this time passport officer told me that you would receive your Passport in one week. But I have not received yet. Sir, I really disappointed with the services of The Passport Office Lucknow. So i kindly request that please take necessary action. Please Confirm me that when will I get my Passport Or Should I apply again for the same.
