Passport Not Received Since 1 yea

I have applied for Indian Passport from PATNA Passport Office BIHAR my File Ref. No is -A07926309 of MOHAMMAD ASHRAF ALI

and sir my date of Application is 14-07... my police was clear and also was showing on www.passport.nic.in/status site but now when i checked my status its showing "It is requested to furnish the required information within 15 days"

sir i have tried calling every possible responsible authority of Passport Patna like Supretendent of PATNA Named: Shri Sudhakar Rastogi and Shri M.P.Jaiswal but NOBODY could answer my problem... i also tried calling PATNA Passport Helpline Tel No: 0612-2223267 but nobody Picks the call... now i'm scared what to do..i was support to abroad very soon..sir i request you to do the needful...
