Passport delayed

Hi,

I Anil Pagare applied for passport on 04/03.The file no is PNE P013670 12.

The police enquiry has been done in the 2nd week of Apr approx. Till now I have not received my passport. On line status is showing as " it is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the dispatch of passport has been delayed and will now be dispatched in a week's time" since last one month.

Please let me know when exactly i will get my passport? what should I do for getting the same at earliest?
