My daughter had applied for Passport Clearence Certificate (PCC) required for US visa on 14th March and we should get it with in 10 days but till date the status shows that police inquiry not received, Where as DSP office has sent it on 4th April. When my daughter went to Surat Passport Office, one of the lady passport officer misbehaved and said we do nor have received police inquiry so we can not do any thing. Now the situation is her passport is deposited in passport office Surat and they are not ready to give in writing that they have not received the document and DSP office says that they have already sent the same. What should we do? Future of my daughter is at the risk and no body is ready to listen.
