Delay of PCC

Dear Sir,

I was applied on 3- June for Police Clearance Certificate at Regional Passport Office Visakhapatnam. i am from east godavari kakinada. Still it was not dispatched for Police Enquiry. It was very urgent for my Kuwait job. I was called to IVRS and passport office. But no one has responded my call. Really i don't know what i have to do. But it is very necessary to submit my PCC to Kuwait Embassy for attestation otherwise i have to loose this opportunity.

Please tell me how to take action about this issue.
