Sir This is not a complaint, I just need advice, 18 years back I got Indian passport, Now I am in abroad now,

1) My fathers name is Ramasamy, but in my passport It has written Ramaswamy, How can I rectify and

2) My birth place in Birth certificate is Vadakampatti Kallikudi, but in my passportit is only Kallikudi, so how can I rectify it sir.
