Status Z24178709 &Z24178809 PASSPORT 4TH REMINDER NORESPONCE

Dear sir

We have submitted passport application at gulbarga with nos.z241787 & z241788 on 10/12 and police verification was done on23/12 and gulbarga passport authority has retransmitted the applications to bangalore as per their record during jan but surprisingly after laps of 5 months not in a position to know the status of passport & whether it reached to your office? if reached where they are lying? what is the reason for such delay?

please try to help me & dispatch the same at earliest . please do the needful.waiting for early action.
