I am Radhey shyam Singh, I applied for a PCC on 23rd nov file no-M007947/09 .after so many months they say they dispatched the pasport to my home but returned undrlivered. Whether my post office says, it didn't reach there. I submitted the Affidavit required by them. Inquiring after one month I found that there is no Affidavit in the offoce. I submitted another affidavit to the PRO on 18th aug and later found that my passport was dispatched (according to passport ofice wabesite) on 17th aug. But I got only my passport, not the PCC I applied for. I went to passport office again on 5th Sept to find the computer link is down so they can't check the file. now i do'nt know what to do I am fade up with the passport office behaviour.
