Sir,

I had dispatched a Registered Articles to The Chief Manager, State Bank of India, Murbad Road Branch, Kalyan West – 421 301, Thane District, Maharashtra State – India from Kudappanakkunnu Post Office (Pin 695 043) under Registered Post RL A 5773 on 27th September at 11:28 am. The bank says they did not receive the articles.

This being a very important article, I want the postal authorities to investigate whareabout of the articles and to confirm its delivery to the addressee.
