With reference to the subject as above I would like to like to inform your good office that I was working with M/s Alstom Projects India Ltd Shahabad Unit Dist Gulbarga Karnataka since Nov 94 and have resigned from the services of the company with effect from 26/04. On 27th April I Joined Manipal Servicecorp Facility Management Pvt Ltd Bangalore. Due to the change of Service I have applied for the transfer of my Provident Fund Dues from Gulbarga to Bangalore vide application dated 17/09
Sir after repeated follow up with the Gulbarga PF authorities after a gap of 18 Long months I was informed by Gulbarga PF office that my PF dues has been transferred vide Cheque No 203926 Dated 18/11 amounting to Rs 224375/-. After getting the information I went to PF office KR Puram Bangalore, but was informed that they have not received any such Cheque.
Immediately I again contacted PF office Gulabrga and intimated about the Facts, Once again after repeated request and follow up I was intimated after a long time that mistakenly they have sent the said Cheque to Raja Ram Mohan Roy PF Office Bangalore.
Based on the enquiry I went to Raja Ram Mohan Roy PF Office Bangalore and enquired about the said Cheque but was informed in writing that they have not received any such Cheque, Sir Once again I informed PF office Gulbarga about the facts and again after repeated request & follow-ups after a gap of another 12 months I was intimated by PF office Gulbarga that since the Old cheque got lapsed they have issued a Fresh Cheque amounting to Rs 243445/ - Cheque No 212542 Dated 14/10. I was also informed that this time the Cheque has been sent to PF Office KR Puram Bangalore.
Based on the information received since than I have several times contacted PF office KR Puram Bangalore over phone but the answer is again same “ We have not received any such Cheque”And on intimation to Gulbarga office the answer is “We have already sent the Cheque”
I have several times requested both the PF authorities for settling the issue after mutual discussion but I am unable to understand what is preventing them in doing so.
The 2nd Cheque issued is dated 14th Oct 09 and very soon it will again get lapsed.
Further with effect from 31st Aug I have relocated to Durgapur West Bengal and have joined Alstom Projects India Ltd Durgapur Unit and once again I have to transfer my PF dues from Bangalore to Durgapur but till date I could not apply for the same because the transfer of my earlier PF Dues from Gulbarga to Bangalore is still pending.
Because of distance presently it is not possible for me to make personal trips to Bangalore and Gulbarga for settling the issue.
Sir I have showed enough patience, and now I am really worried regarding the transfer
Under the circumstances I am forced to appeal to your good office for Justice and it is my sincere and humble appeal to your good office for taking appropriate steps so that the issue which is pending for 3 long years can be resolved immediately and I can transfer my PF dues to Durgapur West Bengal
