PF transfer done to wrong account and not correcting to right account

Hello sir,

I am Khaleel, I have requrested the PF transfer from my previous company to current company. But the transfer done to others account in the triniti.

I am asking to correct it for the last SEVEN years (from 2003 to till date). visited several times and given several applications. Till now three clearks are transferd in the Section 14. Every new clears needs story to be reviews again, but not acting on correcting the error.

Applied on onlie in epfindia.com site. Even there also, they asked to give the application in PF office and closed the request without PROVIDING THE SOLUTION.

Is there a legal way for me to file a case against PF dept for harrising me for the last seven years?

I have all the application form proofs.
