PF Withdrawal Pending

Dear Sir,

My name is Dharmananda Swain. I have submitted my PF withdrawal documents in my company (Reliance BPO Pvt. Ltd.) And they submitted it to Bandra PF office on 30th May. Till now my PF amount has not been released. Now, I am in Delhi and tried to contact (both email & telephone) Bandra PF officials but nobody is responding. I have sent one of my relative there but they are showing ignorance (come tomorrow or after four days etc.) I am mentally harassed by this activity of PF officials. Please get it done as soon as possible. Below are my details:
