Non receipt of P F Dues

Sir,

On 18th March I lodged my complaint and till date not heard so posting again. Details as under:

I was employed with M/s. VISA STEEL LTD in their Raipur Office from Sept 08 to May 09. I had submitted my PF withdrawal form bearing A/C. No. OR/6065/1123 in Dec 09 first week and was informed that onwards submission was done on 25th Dec, 09. I was told that within a span of 02 months i will receive my dues but same has not been received till date & when enquired one employee of Visa Steel Mr. Mohanty (09337548253) dealing person says he cannot do anything as the concerned PF officer Mr. Akhay does not hear. I tried to speak the PF officer but despite of solving of my problem lingering with unwanted questions and wasting my money. I am wexed with it & approach your goodself with cross folded hands to please take me out of this mess.
