PF Transfer Request

I have applied for my PF Transfer last year from Bommasandra Account Kn/16573/5699 to Chennai Account TN/MS/31309/87757.

I have checked my status in webiste it is mentioned that

"Your Claim is received on 07/07 and is being processed. "

but last when i enquired at the office they said that cheque is ready and

going to send Chennai today but after 2 month still my status is showing same.

Could please told my status along with Cheque no and amount.

Please provide some enquiry number .it seems 25734590 is not working
