Hello Sir/Madam, I have submitted PF withdrawal form MH66560/53 in the month of November.
Even after getting clearance letter from college, college refused to give signature on the form. Hence I submitted the form with BANK MANAGER signature and stamp.
It was rejected on Dec 6th. Reason - No signature of previous employer.(JD Engg Colleg, Nagpur).
I spoke to the concern authority in PF office. They told me that " Inspector will go with the withdrawal form to the employer to get the signature. It is the process ". After 10 days, when I called up the office :07122746734 (after 3 hours of continuous dialing) Someone picked up the phone. He not only denied to give any information about the form status but also his name and disconnected phone.
It was really embarrassing moment for me. It is not possible to go every time to the PF office to check the status. If no once pick up the phone or answer with all information, then what should we do?
I request to see if there is something can be done to resolve the issue.
