PF officer misguiding
PF transfer not done and mis guiding

Sir/Madam,

I have initiated to transfer my old pf account("AP/39599/549") settlement to the new account("KN/16573/26117") in the month of April. I have got the confirmation from the previous employeer's PF consultant Mr. Raja Reddy (mobile no: 0-9866148283) that the cheque (no: 83893) is issued in favour of Bangalore PF office dated: 24-09. Amount: Rs. 54, 337.

I have enquired Bangalore PF office and also to my employeer about the transaction details. They (bangalore PF) is keep on telling that they did not receive any cheque regarding the same. Again I contacted the previous employeer PF consultant, he told that it's Bangalore PF's responsibility to take care of the cheque and further process. I am confused and dis-appointed over this.

Can you please help/guide me to proceed further on this.
