PF office Varanasi
PF amount not received

I, Brijendra Singh, worked for The Radisson Hotel, Mall Cantonment, Varanasi. I resigned in February and applied for Full settlement of PF thru my previous company. PF Office send the letter that they had deposit the cheque in ICICI bank one cheque was credited and another cheque (cheque no 379691) was not credited because signature of the drawer didn’t matched.

Since then, amount is yet to be cleared in my account ICICI, D 58/19, A-4, Sigra, Varanasi Branch Account No 031001519331. My PF account no is UP/VN/31134/529.

Please advice the necessary action and payment of the full amount
