Illegal encroachment

Espected sir/madam,

There is an illegal construction of a five story building going on in E-165 nehru vihar and the owner has encroached her premises beyond normal (about half the street covered by her premises).we are facing a lot of problems as our vehicles dont have space to pass by. Please take a quick and necessary action against the owner.
