I had applied for a Gas connection and paid the required amount but MGL persons refused to install a meter because there is no kitchen (Kitchen is converted in bedroom). There is no gas connection no Meter installed and still I am receiving bills for consumption of gas. On 30th April I have received a mail from Customercare of MGL saying that the bill was sent by mistake but till today I am getting bills for gas consumption. I have already lodged complains so many times. Atleast 3 times my flat has been checked by MGL person. Now what should I do?
