Police Report Not forwarded from SP office to Passport Office
Non delivery of verifed report to passport office Pune

Dear sir,

SUB: Non receival of passport applied on 13-04

With due regards I would like to inform you that I had applied for my passport on 13th April and the details of it is as follows:

Name-Kiran Jadhav, File no –PNEZ4814511 .

The police verification in my local police station which is Peth Vadgaon (Kolhapur) had been completed by 19 April & was forwarded to the District Headquarters at Kolhapur for onward submission to the Pune passport office for delivery.

Sorry to say that an unlimited time has passed but tha status shows that the police verification has not been received by the passport office of Pune.

I am at a loss & would be greatly obliged if you please look into the matter at your earliest.
