Sir I have sent a fax massage cum letter but still you have not taken
any action on that. please do something. i am forwarding the same as an

I have forwarded all the required documents as told by the PRO
Haryana group to you on 19 Jan and I have checked and found that the
your office is in reciept of the speed post by which I have forwarded
the affidavit two national news papers as per instructions of PRO
Haryana. Now it is requested that please do the needful, issue me my
passport as I am in need of it urgently. I feel that your office has
harashed me mentally and physically enough now please do me a favour
and issue me a passport.

I have submitted my passport application on 31 May in the DC
office in Rohtak. My police verification was completed on 05 June.
Since then I was continually checking the status of my passport
application on net and via SMS. the status updated on net in the First
week of August on net (passport sight) means it took more then two
months to update the status on net. Then I waited about two months for
my passport, where the standard time is 45 days only but i was not in
hurry so waited for two months and started raising my voice by sending
mails to ([email protected].) but not received any reply from them. I
have forwarded at least 10-12 mails to them, but not even a single one
was replied by them. Thereafter forwarded two mails to
[email protected]) then this addressee forwarded the same to
[email protected]. Asking him to take necessary action on the subject
matter. NO Action has been taken by any official of passport office on
my requests, on my mails and on the mail of this designated officer
([email protected]) too. Now what should i do i am don't understand
where should i go and approach for my passport. Its pertinent to
mention that i have approached personally in the office near Grand
Hyatt also. Now please suggest something where should go to get my
passport or any
body of responsible/Senior designated officer in passport related
queries will take some action on this request cum complaint. Its more
of request then a complaint because i want that my passport
be issued to me at the earliest. I will grateful to the office who will
initiate a necessary action on
my request.

passport application and waiting for a positive response from the
passport office in the above regard.
It is requested after forgetting the above, that your office is in
reciept of all the necessary documents required to issue the passport,

complete the same instead of calling me personally in your office cos I
have small kids and ageing parents to take care at home.
Atleast you can mail me if anything is required by you.
I will be thankful to you if I get my passport at the earliest.
