Non delivery of speed post

I had booked a speed post article No ET578655509IN at Salem-16 on 09 Jun (11.36Hrs). The article has not been delivered till date (14 Jun). The speed post tracking is also not displaying the movements correctly? Request the article be delivered at the earliest as it is over five days and a confirmatory mail/call be made to me at [email protected] or Mob 09626264400.
