Letter not deliver Last 2 yea

Dear Sir,

We live in Sahara State Jankipuram Lucknow. Our Block no. 16 old Malhar in this Block 16 apartment available . 3 family senior citizen (Widow) i.e only one medium of communication through Postal letter (like telephone bill, LIC intimation letter, Pension detail, if some body send cheque by general postal order then postman destroy all the letter if general doc). This process continue due to some personal interest of Postman. Because Last 2 year ago combine complained against Postman because all the letter throw on stair then letter missed frequently. Then your staff took action against Postman.

We receive only speed post letter and register doc letter.

Please resolve our problem as soon as.
